Smudging is an ancient tradition and ceremonial practice for purifying or cleansing of negative energy of a person or place. My smudge sticks are bound by hand and charged with healing and positive intentions.
These are all one-of-a-kind and contain different herbs, woods and other foraged items throughout the seasons. My eucalyptus and lavender come from small farms I support.
